Speaking on the Dangers of Eating Genetically Engineered Foods

"What All People Who Eat Should Know About Genetically Engineered Food" presented by Rhio, raw food activist, Thursday, July 24th, 7:00 PM. Everyone eats, and everyone should have the right to know what they are eating. Rhio will discuss what many people do not know about the genetically modified/engineered food industry and how it affects our earth, our bodies, what to look out for in the future and how to protect yourself. Rhio and her partner Leigh Crizoe will perform some entertaining original songs to kick off the evening. Also, there will be a drawing for a free gift from Rhio.

Rhio is a singer and author, as well as an investigative reporter in the area of health and environmental issues. Her first book Hooked on Raw is about living a life more closely aligned with nature by adopting a raw/live food lifestyle. Rhio has appeared on CNN and American Journal as an expert in the area of raw and living foods and lectures on both the raw/live food lifestyle and the genetic engineering of seeds/plants. Rhio hosts an internet radio show called Hooked on Raw which can be heard worldwide at: www.TribecaRadio.net  You can also see some of Rhio's Food Prep Video What's NOT Cookin' in Rhio's Kitchen, due for release in August, on youtube.
