My
name is Arnold. I speak words of choice to describe myself, to
describe what I do, to describe what type of person would put
himself thru a 14 day water fast. What type of person would lose
22 lbs. in 3 weeks? Is there sanity amongst the halls of justice
that would declare these acts of normalcy?
I am foremost a life of being. What I do brings pure joy into
my being. I think not of earning great gobs of money out of spreading
the words of the raw food lifestyle. I think not of moments in
between but of making every second count. It is on this basis
that I own a vegetarian, all raw, almost all organic cafe. It
is located in Lansdale, Pa. It is on this basis that although
we have a cafe our emphasis is on purity, friendliness, and education.
We sell our produce almost at cost. We give free breakfast lectures
weekly. There is ever so much more that involves spreading the
word.
By changing one's lifestyle approach everything else begins to
change. I am married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. As our
life style changes so does our thought process - what is important
and what is not? So, I give thanks to my lovely wife who has put
up with me for 30 odd years. I give thanks to my children who
are learning slowly that their dad may have something to say.
I give thanks to my one grandchild whom we raise who has taught
me there is always time to play..
