Imar Hutchins was co-founder of Delights of the Garden, a Washington, D.C. restaurant formerly famous for its raw vegetarian cuisine. He is author of Delights of the Garden, The Joy of Not Cooking and 30 Days to Delights of the Garden. A graduate of Yale Law School, and an accomplished artist who drew the cover and interior illustrations for this new cookbook, Imar also teaches raw food preparation classes and lectures nationwide.
