Our Raw Carob Powder is an incredibly full bodied sweet carob. It
is a crystal-like powder that will go great in all carob recipes.
It has a fresh cooling taste in smoothies. We like this much better
than the fine "cooked" carob powders usually heated to
at least 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our carob powder is really raw and unheated, a great raw food. During
the unique grinding process the temperature does not reach over
100 degrees. The pods come from carob-pod trees growing wild in
Spain.
