This is the pod-fruit of a tree found in tropical countries. It
often grows wild. The seeds (disks) inside have a sweet candy-like
resin on them. These can be sucked on and often are used as a laxative
during cleansing.
For cleansing assistance use about 10-15 disks.
Our cassia pods are wildcrafted from the island of Maui in Hawaii.
