Saturdays only - 9:30 AM-5:30 PM. Nice selection of prepared raw food dishes "buffet style" (food is by-the-pound.) Stuffed mushrooms, green salad, raw vegetable and fruit pies, wild rice salad, tabouli, and more. Recommended for "gourmet" quality. They also sell raw sauerkraut, kim chee, sprouted hummus and assorted patés. Most dishes seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
