A vegetarian institute of long duration set into the tiny rural community of El Grullo. The center will provide raw food upon request. Upon arrival, you are given an Iridology Examination and depending upon the results, you are placed on the appropriate herbal and nutrient remedies. There are lectures on health in Spanish. (Some of the instructors speak English.) There are walks twice a day up a mountain path through a village.

Among the healing modalities used are Enemas and Implants (which competent attendants do for you), Black Clay Packs applied to the spine twice a day. First thing in the morning all your body is gently touched with stinging nettles, and then you are wrapped in a blanket until the stinging subsides (approximately 10 minutes).
