At this institute you can learn the entire living foods program and lifestyle. It offers a comprehensive program in a very loving and supportive atmosphere where the teachings of the late Dr. Ann Wigmore are conscientiously followed. Classes on all aspects of health are offered, which begin at daybreak with yoga by the sea, and end with an after dinner lecture or other activity. Luscious tropical fruits, including coconut like you've never seen, are also provided. Dr. Ann's lifestyle and research have contributed to saving the lives of thousands of people who were abandoned, with no hope of recovery, by the conventional medical profession. The Institute is located right by the beach in Aguada, Puerto Rico. |
