This restaurant has an interesting history. After a long career in the food business, the owner Richard Thomas became aware of the connections between what humans are doing to their environment and their health. He used to treat his garden with chemicals and pesticides and noticed that it affected the health of his birds. He switched to all natural fertilizers and noticed an improvement in the health of his birds. His research began from there and now he has translated his new found understanding into the organic and healthy food he serves in his restaurant.

This restaurant provides healthier cooked foods plus raw juices, raw salads and some raw entrees and dessert selections.

Open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
