Berkeley-born Chef Ferrara has owned and operated two vegetarian restaurants
and a health food store. She has worked as a food columnist featuring original
recipes and illustrations. Her other adventures include vegetarian cooking school,
restaurant consultant, recipe developer. She has been an exhibiting artist since
1985 in New York, Key West, Santa Fe, and Napa Valley. Currently she is traveling,
promoting her book The
Raw Food Primer, designed to bring elegant, fine dining to your table.
