Jennifer Cornbleet

Jennifer Cornbleet is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, and a nationally recognized raw food chef and instructor. Formerly a high school English teacher, Jennifer now combines her chef and teaching talents to teach entertaining and informative raw food classes. Through her company, Raw-Food Cuisine, she offers lectures, classes, hands-on workshops, and consultations in the Chicago area and nationwide. She was the featured Enlightened Chef in the May 2004 issue of Cooking Light Magazine, and her recipes have also been featured in the Good Eating section of the Chicago Tribune. Her first book, Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People was published in September, 2005. Her website, www.learnrawfood.com, is a comprehensive resource for raw food recipes, information, products, and instruction.
