Matt Samuelson, Professional Raw Food Chef and Instructor, is one of the leading raw food chefs in the industry. He currently holds the esteemed position of Head Chef and Instructor for Living Light Culinary Arts Institute where he is part of the team that conducts month long chef and instructor trainings for individuals and professionals. Matt is also the chef for all Living Light retreats such as Raw World. He has catered retreats and events all over the world including Bali, Costa Rica, Hawaii, as well as numerous locations throughout the U.S. Recently he trained the culinary staff at The Farm, the Hippocrates resort in the Philippines. His simple approach makes learning easy and food preparation fun.
